Dr. Saunders is an anointed speaker of God and he believes in the free spirit of praise and worship. He has been called to raise-up a new generation of worshippers. He is Pastor and founder of New Generation Worship Center, 6220 Pardue Court, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23464.

He was formerly a resident of Broadlawn, but now resides in Hickory with his wife Sylvia. He has three children, Demara, Toney Jr., and Nathan, three grandchildren, Taylor, Zinyka, Zion, and a son-in-law, Donald.

Dr. Saunders has several Associate degrees, a Bachelor degree, and a Doctor degree. He is a Certified Personal Financial Planner and has held seminars for the Saints of God, teaching and instructing them on how to invest in their financial and spiritual future. He has worked with individuals on a one-on-one basis helping them to develop an annual budget. He believes that the word of God teaches us how to be prosperous and with the use of a little book knowledge, we - God's people - can be richly blessed.

Recently, Dr. Saunders started a home-based business, YTB Travel Network along with many other Pastors in Hampton Roads. He has been introducing this opportunity to churches and organizations in the Hampton Roads. The travel industry is one of the fastest growing industries in the market. Dr. Saunders believes that the wealth belongs to those who use their God given power to obtain it.

As the founder of New Generation Worship Center, Dr. Saunders has taught us that we must strive to always demonstrate a servant’s heart and to place the greater good of the Body of Christ above the needs of our own. NGWC’s assignment is to build an army of people who will become holy people unto the Lord thou God, special people who have been chosen by God out of Love, that are willing to keep the Lord’s commandments, His statues and judgments.
